This plate was, like so many others, born from a custom request and due to the number of requests it had, it became a regular arround here. This plate allows you to fix one or two cylindrical reservoirs to it and then fix it to the 3.5"" hdd cages.
This version is meant to be used with two hdd cages and short midplate.
The default version of this plate is for a support with a single fixing screw (like the EKWB reservoir) and a footprint of 11x56mm. The plate is supplied with four M4 Threaded holes, so you fix the reservoir supports directly to it.
