At Coldzero, we ship our products worldwide. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. Please review the information below to understand how these charges apply to your region.
European Union (EU) Because Coldzero is based within the European Union, all orders shipped to destinations within the EU are free from customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
United States Great news for our US customers: all shipments to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all necessary customs duties and taxes are already handled and paid for by us before your package arrives. You will not face any surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery.
Rest of the World (Non-EU Countries) For all other international destinations outside of the EU and the US, shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
