All our products are made to order, so unfortunately we don't accept returns for them.
Cancellation of an order is only possible within 24 Hours after the order has been placed. However if production has already begun even if 24 hours have not gone by, the order cannot be cancelled anymore.
If by any chance you made a mistake with your order and would like to change anything, contact us, and we'll take care of that for you without having to cancel the order.
