At ColdZero, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Because almost everything in our catalog is made to order, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and returns.
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for a refund within **24 hours** of purchase.
* **The Window:** After 24 hours, your order enters our production queue, and materials are allocated or processed.
* **How to Cancel:** Please email us immediately at contact@coldzero.eu with your order number in the subject line.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are manufactured on-demand based on your specific selection (color, layout, size, etc.), **we do not accept returns or exchanges** for a change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
> **Why?** Since these items are not pulled from a pre-made stock, they cannot be easily resold to another customer. We encourage you to double-check your PC case compatibility and measurements before finalizing your order.
3. Made a Mistake?
We’ve all been there—selecting the wrong version or forgetting a specific cut-out. If you realize you made an error in your order:
* **Contact us ASAP.** If production hasn't started, we are usually able to update the specifications of your order at no extra charge.
* **Speed is key:** The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can fix it before the lasers start cutting!
4. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept standard returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect:
1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.
2. Contact our support team within **48 hours** of delivery.
3. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a solution as quickly as possible.
